Master the art of letting go...

The Buddha Board is designed for adults and children alike to master the art of letting go. Each time a drawing is finished on the board, it will disappear several minutes later. Using the board creates a calming environment where children can be in the moment as they let their creative juices flow. Rather than worry about perfection, they get a clean slate as images will disappear within 10 minutes.

If you are having trouble sleeping, write your worries on the board. When they erase you will be able to sleep.
